Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lunar Drift Apothecary. We are based in Ontario, Canada and all items are shipped via Canada Post or through our shipping company, Chit Chats.
Please note that if you are ordering from outside of Canada, you order may be subject to taxes, duties or tariffs that you will be responsible for. Lunar Drift Apothecary is unable to provide refunds for packages that are refused due to taxes, duties and tariffs due at delivery.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days, unless otherwise specified at checkout or the item is made to order and the turnaround time is specified in the listing. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Lunar Drift Apothecary is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Lunar Drift Apothecary is not liable for any products damaged, lost or stolen during shipping. Once your order is delivered, please contact your shipping carrier for any issues.
If you received your order damaged, please contact us at hello@lunardriftapothecary.com so we can reach out to the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before emailing us as we may need those items to successfully file a claim.
International Shipping Policy
At this time, we ship to most countries. Due to international tax requirements, we are unable to ship to the UK at this time.
